Silagra
The main component of Silagra is Sildenafil. Sildenafil acts on the response to sexual stimulation. It works by increasing the relaxation of smooth muscles through the use of nitric oxide, a chemical that is normally produced in response to sexual stimulation. This relaxation of smooth muscles allows for increased blood flow to certain areas of the penis, causing an erection. Sildenafil is used to treat male erectile dysfunction (impotence) and to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension. Sildenafil may also be used for other patients not mentioned in this description.
